摘要
在现有技术的基础上开发出一种序批式水解酸化工艺,将进水混合区、搅拌反应区、两个序批处理区和污泥回流与排放区五个组成部分有机结合,克服了现有工艺的不足,省略了沉淀池,实现污泥回流,保持反应池内较高的活性污泥浓度,保障污泥与废水之间的充分接触,能够充分发挥水解酸化作用。工程应用实践表明,该工艺能够达到处理目标、投资省、运行能耗低,在难降解废水处理领域具有推广价值。
A sequencing batch hydrolysis acidification process was developed on the basis of the existing technology. In order to overcome the shortcomings of the existing process, the inlet mixing zone, stirring reaction zone, two sequencing batch processing zones and sludge refluxing and discharging zone were organically combined. Then, the sedimentation tank was omitted, and a higher concentration of ac- tivated sludge in the reaction tank was maintained via sludge reflux. So that full contact between the sludge and wastewater was realized, which resulted to the effective hydrolysis acidification. By operation practice, the good treatment performance, less investment and lower energy consumption were achieved. It is worth popularizing in the field of refractory wastewater treatment.
