摘要
为探究生物质热解液在农业生产中的应用及复合保鲜剂开发,采用气相色谱-质谱联用仪分析检测了生物质热解液的化学成分,以辣椒炭疽病菌为实验菌种,用生长速率法进行了生物质热解液和壳聚糖对辣椒炭疽病菌的抑菌实验,通过共毒因子法确定了生物质热解液和壳聚糖的相互作用。结果表明:生物质热解液和壳聚糖对辣椒炭疽病菌的EC_(50)值分别为50倍和0.7 g/L;生物质热解液对辣椒炭疽病菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)和最小杀菌浓度(MFC)分别为32.5倍和29倍;两者以不同比例混合使用时对辣椒炭疽病菌的抑制具有增效作用,且生物质热解液和壳聚糖EC_(50)溶液按1∶1比例混合时共毒因子最大。
In order to explore the application of bio - liquid in agricuhural production and preservative development, Gas chromatograph mass spectrometer was used to analyze the chemical composition of bio-liquid, Colletotrichum nigrum was used as experimental strain, antibacterial experiment of bio-liquid and chitosan on Colletotrichum nigrum were experimented by growth rate method,and the interation between bio-liquid and chitosan was determined by the co-toxity factor method.The results showed that EC50 of bio- liquid and ehitosan on Colletotrichum nigrum were 50 times and 0.7 g/L. The minimum inhibitory concentration of biomass pyrolysis liquid on Pepper Anthracnose ( MIC ) and minimum bactericidal concentration (MFC) were 32.5 times and 29 times.Bio-liquid and chitosan mixed in different proprotions has synergistic effect, bio-liquid and chitosan ECs0 solution mixed by 1:1 ratio has the largest co-toxicity factor.
