摘要
研究不同海鲜菇菇渣复合基质对西瓜穴盘育苗的影响,旨在筛选出适用于西瓜育苗的基质配方。试验分别用3~5 mm、<3 mm两种粒径的海鲜菇菇渣,按照不同比例与红泥土复合,并进行西瓜穴盘育苗试验,研究不同基质下西瓜苗的各项指标差异。结果表明:随着复合基质中海鲜菇菇渣体积比例的增加,西瓜苗的成苗率、干物质积累、壮苗指数等指标总体呈现上升趋势;而当基质中菇渣体积比例超过70%时,西瓜苗各指标有所下降;复合基质中菇渣比例为60%~70%时较为适宜于西瓜穴盘育苗,且大粒径菇渣较小粒径复合基质更有利于西瓜苗的生长。海鲜菇菇渣复合红泥土基质可用于西瓜穴盘育苗,建议使用大粒径海鲜菇菇渣∶红泥土=7∶3的配方进行西瓜育苗。
The effect of different composited substrate using spent mushroom substrates of Hypsizygus marmoreus (Peck) was studied on watermelon plug seedling. Two grain sizes with 3-5 mm and above 3 mm of spent mushroom substrates from H. marmoreus (Peck) were adopted in this experiment, which were composited with red mud to conduct experiments of watermelon plug seedling based on different proportions and study the difference of each index of watermelon seedlings with different substrates. It turned out that the indices such as seedling rate, dry matter accumulation and strong seedling showed rising tendencies with the rising volume proportion of spent mushroom substrates of H. marmoreus (Peck) in composited substrate. While various indices of watermelon seedlings decreased when the volume proportion of spent mushroom substrates in composited substrate exceeded 70%. It was fit for plug seedling for watermelon when the volume proportion of spent mushroom substrates in compound substrate kept at 60%-70%, and the spent mushroom substrates with large grain size, comparing with composited substrate with small grain size, was more profitable to growth of watermelon seedlings. The substrate through composting spent mushroom substrates of H. marmoreus (Peck) and red mud could be used for watermelon plug seedling, suggesting using those with large grain sizes and the proportion of substrate with spent mushroom substrates:red mud=7:3 was adopted to conduct watermelon seedling.
