浮石轻骨料混凝土受风沙吹蚀破坏形态研究 被引量:1

摘要 浮石是一种分布广泛的非金属材料,可作为配置轻骨料混凝土的天然粗骨料。利用内蒙古农业大学自制的风沙吹蚀系统模拟实际沙尘环境,对三种强度不同的浮石轻骨料混凝土进行风沙吹蚀实验,探讨不同工况下对浮石轻骨料混凝土的损伤情况,并建立相应的预测模型。结果显示浮石轻骨料混凝土受风沙吹蚀前期吹蚀率变化明显,一定时间后维持不变;吹蚀角度对不同强度的浮石轻骨料混凝土影响也各不相同,高角度下,硬度大,脆性强的浮石轻骨料混凝土更容易受到损伤;当风沙具有的能量达到一定数值时,才会对浮石轻骨料混凝土表面造成损伤。利用Z16APOALeica超景深对实验现象进行观测分析,为浮石轻骨料混凝土在多风沙地区应用提供依据。 Pumice is a widespread non-metal material which can be used as natural coarse aggregate for configuration of light weight aggregate concrete. With the Sand-Erosion System self-developed by Inner Mongolia Agricultural University to simulate the actual sandy environment, it can carry out sand deflation experiments for pumice-lightweight-concrete with three different intensity. By investigation into damage condition of pumice light weight concrete under various working environment, such predictive model can be created. The result shows deflation rate of pumice-lightweight-aggregate-concrete is significant at the beginning and remains unaffected until a fixed timing. The deflation effects on pumice lightweight concrete with different intensity from different angle are also not identical. Such concrete with high deflation angle, high intensity and brittleness is more vulnerable to damage. And damage can be made to the surface of pumice-lightweight-concrete until the energy of sand accumulates to a certain extent. With Z16APOA Leica depth of field technique, observation and analysis of the experiment phenomena can provide scientific basis for application of pumice-lightweight-concrete at dusty and windy area.
