摘要
分别以板状刚玉、钢包再生刚玉、精炼炉再生刚玉为骨料,以板刚玉(≤0.074 mm)α-Al2O3微粉(D50=1.8μm)、纯铝酸钙水泥及外加剂等原料为基质制作刚玉浇注料,研究了不同种类再生刚玉对刚玉浇注料性能指标的影响。结果表明:钢包再生刚玉及精炼炉再生刚玉的加入,导致刚玉浇注料的气孔率增大,体积密度、常温强度减小,抗渣性下降等。
By taking tabular corundum, ladle regenerated corundum and finery regenerated corundum as raw materials, and fine powder (D50 = 1.8 μm) of tabular corundum (≤0.074 mm) α-Al2O3, pure calcium aluminate cement and admixture as base materials to make corundum eastables, this paper aims to study the effects of different types of regenerated corundum on the property of corundum castables. The results show that cause corundum castable increase porosity, bulk density, normal temperature strength decreases, and slag resistance with ladle regenerated corundum and finery regenerated corundum additions.
