高效液相色谱—蒸发光散射检测器法测定芪芳气血颗粒中黄芪甲苷含量分析

目的:用高效液相色谱——蒸发光散的检测器(HPLC—ELSD)法对芪芳气血颗粒中黄芪甲苷含量进行测定。方法:运用HPLC法测定芪芳气血颗粒中的黄芪甲苷含量,其中流速为0.9m L/min,流动相为乙腈-水为(34︰66),色谱柱为Ultimate XB-C18柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)。结果:芪芳气血颗粒中的黄芪甲苷回收率为95.78%,进样量为2.38~11.85μg,峰面积与范围内具有良好的线性关系。结论:(HPLC—ELSD)法测定芪芳气血颗粒中黄芪甲苷含量具有重复性好、准确、操作简单等优点。

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of HPLC method on the determination of the content of astragaloside in Qifang Qixue Granules. Method： To determine the content of astragaloside in Qifang Qixue Granules by HPLC method, with the flow rate 0.9mL/min and the mobile phase of acetonitrile water （ 34 ： 66 ） .The chromatographic column was Ultimate XB-C 18 column （ 4.6mm × 250mm, 5 μ m ） . Result： The recovery rate of astragaloside in Qifang Qixue Granules was 95.78% and the injection volume was 2.38 - 11.85μg, with a good linear relationship between peak area and conclusion range.Conclusion ： The clinical application of HPLC method for the determination of the content of astragaloside in Qifang Qixue Granules has the advantages of good repeatability, accuracy, simple operation, and so on.
