丹参酮联合抗过敏药物对过敏性紫癜患儿血清细胞因子含量及免疫功能的影响 被引量:11

摘要 目的:探讨丹参酮联合抗过敏药物对过敏性紫癜(HSP)患儿血清细胞因子含量及免疫功能的影响。方法:收集2013年4月~2016年7月间广元市妇幼保健院收治的过敏性紫癜患儿52例,按照随机数表法分为对照组(n=26)、观察组(n=26)。对照组患儿接受抗过敏药物治疗,观察组患儿接受丹参酮联合抗过敏药物治疗。治疗前及治疗后2周,对比两组患儿的血清细胞因子及免疫功能的差异。结果:治疗前,两组患儿血清中Th17/白介素(IL)-23炎症轴、肾功能指标、Th1/Th2免疫、免疫球蛋白及补体水平的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组患儿血清中IL-17、IL-23的含量低于对照组患儿,肾功能指标血肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)、胱抑素C(CysC)的含量低于对照组患儿,Th1细胞因子IL-2、γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)的含量高于对照组患儿,Th2细胞因子IL-4、IL-10、IL-13的含量低于对照组患儿,IgA、C3、C4的含量低于对照组患儿(P<0.05)。结论:丹参酮联合抗过敏药物用于HSP患儿的治疗,有助于进一步抑制全身炎症反应、减轻肾功能损伤、纠正免疫功能异常。 Objective: To study the influence of tanshinone combined with Antiallergic drugs on serum cytokine and immune function in Henoch-Schonlein purpura(HSP) children.Methods: A total of 52 cases of HSP children in Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital of Guangyuan City during April 2013 to July 2016 were chosen as research subject, all children were randomly divided into control group (n=26) and observation group (n=26).Patients in control group were treated with anti-allergic drugs, and those in observation group were treated with tanshinone combined with anti-allergic drugs for two weeks.Before and after treatment, the differences of serum cytokines and immune function between two groups were compared.Results: Before treatment, there were no significant difference between two groups in serum Th17/IL-23 inflammatory axis, renal function indexes, Th1/Th2 immunity, immunoglobulin and complement levels (P〉0.05).After treatment, serum contents of IL-23, IL-17 were lower than those in control group, renal function indexes such as Scr, BUN, CysC were lower than those in control group, contents of Th1 cytokines such as IL-2, IFN-γ were higher than those in control group, content of Th2 cytokines such as IL-10, IL-4 and IL-13 were lower than those in control group, contents of IgA, C3, C4 were lower than that those in control group(P〈0.05).Conclusions: Tanshinone combined with anti-allergic drugs for the treatment of children with HSP, can help to further inhibit the systemic inflammatory response, reduce renal damage, correct immune dysfunction.
