摘要
针对广西百色银海发电有限公司150 MW循环流化床(CFB)机组高压电机目前的运行状况及设备存在的问题进行了分析,基于降低厂用电率,节约成本的目的,提出了进行变频改造的节能优化方案,并对具体设备制造及施工方案进行了详细介绍。在对改造前后不同设备的节能效果进行统计分析的基础上,进行了总结并给出了合理的建议。对国内同类型机组优化改造具有一定的借鉴意义。
This paper analyzes the current operating conditions and motors of 150 MW circulating fluidized bed (CFB) units in Guangxi equipment problems of high voltage Baise Yinhai Power Generation Co. , Ltd. Based on the purpose of reducing the power consumption and saving the cost, the energy saving opti- mization scheme of frequency conversion is put forward, and specific equipment manufacturing and con- struction program are described in detail. Based on the statistical analysis of the energy saving effect of different equipment before and after the transformation, the author summarizes and gives some reasonable suggestions. Which is of great significance to the optimization of the same type of unit in China.
