摘要
运用新兴经济体11国2002-2013年的数据,考察了制度因素对于对外直接投资的影响,以政府治理能力和融资障碍为切入点,有效地补充了对外投资的研究内涵。研究表明:政府治理能力可以改善企业的经营环境,对于对外直接投资有促进作用;融资障碍加强了企业的融资约束,显著地抑制了对外直接投资;政府治理能力与经济发展水平具有协同作用,提高政府治理能力可以实现对外直接投资的跨越发展;融资障碍对于经济发展水平有挤出效应,显著地抑制了对外直接投资。
This paper uses the panel data of the eleven emerging economies from 2002 to 2013, and explores the effects of institution determinants on OFDI. We focus on government governance and financing barrier to highlight the institution determinants. It mainly concludes： Government governance improves firm＇ s operation environment and positively affect the OFDI. Financing barrier strengthens firm＇ s financing restriction and restrain the OF- DI. Government governance has synergy effect with economic development on OFDI, and improve governance will promote OFDI when on the lower stage of economic development. Financing barrier has crowding - out effect with e- conomic development on OFDI, it can significantly restrain firm internationalization.
