当前我国的农业经济迫切需要加快转变农业发展方式,即转变农业生产方式、农业经营方式和农业管理方式。我国转变农业发展方式的着力点在于提高以农业水利化为代表的农业技术能力,提升农业劳动者的自身文化素质和专业技术水平以及扩充农业吸收资本的容量和加强资本对现代农业发展的支持,研究表明,转变农业发展方式的具体路径为增加农业健康产能、构建新型的农业社会化服务生态、利用农产品消费前置打破农产品价格限制和依托农业自然性吸引力创新三次产业融合的方式。

To date,it is imperative that the transformation of mode of agricultural development get accelerated in our agricultural economy,which implies transforming the pattern of agricultural production,agricultural operation and agricultural management. The focal point of changing China＇s agricultural development mode is to improve the agricultural techniques which is represented by agricultural water conservancy,improve the cultural quality and professional technical level of agricultural workers,as well as expanding the capacity of agriculture to absorb capital and strengthening the support of capital to the development of modern agriculture. Specific ways to change the agricultural development mode is to increase healthy agricultural productivity,establish a new ecological service of agricultural socialization,break the restriction of agricultural product price by using advanced consumption of agricultural products and innovate the three industrial integration through the natural attractiveness of agriculture.
