The dam closure and cofferdam construction of hydropower station is an important stage in the construction of water conservancy and hydropower projects, which will directly influence the result of the project construction. Taking the dam closure and cofferdam construction of Nanjian hydropower station in Laos as an example, this paper expounds the construction process of closure and cofferdam during construction period, and provides reference for the similar hydropower station construction.
