摘要
课堂教学评价目的是为了促进教师教学能力的提升以提高课堂教学质量。目前,教学评价中主要存在的问题是过度关注教师在课堂教学中的行为表现,忽略了作为主体的学生学习效果情况。文章针对教师和学生两个不同群体采用不同评价体系,发现教师"教"与学生"学"过程中存在的问题,通过评价结果的及时反馈,促进教师教学能力与学生学习能力共同提升。
The aim of teaching evaluation is to promote the teaching ability to improve the quality of education. In the current teaching evaluation, the main problem is excessively focusing on the behavior of teachers in classroom teaching, ignoring the learning effect of students. This paper used different evaluation systems for teachers and students, finds the problems existing in the "teaching" and "learning", and promotes the mutual enhancement of teachers' teaching ability and students' learning ability together through the timely feedback of the evaluation results.
