早期护理干预对高血压肾病患者血压水平及生活质量的影响

Effect of early nursing intervention on blood pressure level and quality of life of patients with hypertensive nephropathy

目的:研究早期护理干预对高血压肾病患者血压水平及生活质量的影响。方法:选取新疆医科大学第一附属医院2013年6月至2015年6月期间入院接受治疗的高血压肾病患者120例,将其分为实验组和对照组进行对比试验,对照组在正常治疗的基础上,增加常规护理干预;实验组患者则在对照组的护理基础上实施早期护理干预,并对比两组患者经护理干预后的临床血压水平,以及生活质量的影响情况。结果:经试验对比后发现,实验组患者的血压水平恢复情况优于对照组,且患者的生活质量得到了极大的提升,相比较对照组的最终生活质量评定结果有较大差异,其中P均小于0.05。结论:在治疗高血压肾病患者的临床水平质量提升影响中,结合早期护理干预,能够更好地保证治疗的有效性,并提升患者的临床依从性,能够极大地提升患者的生活质量,在临床中可推广应用。

Objective： To study the effect of early nursing intervention on blood pressure and quality of life of patients with hypertensive nephropathy. Methods：120 patients with hypertensive nephropathy who were admitted to our hospital from June 2013 to June 2015 were divided into two groups： experimental group and control group. The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention based on the normal treatment while the experimental group was treated with early nursing intervention based on the treatment of the control group. And the clinical blood pressure levels and the impact on life quality of the two groups after nursing intervention are compared. Results： Compared with the control group, the recovery of blood pressure and life quality of the patients of the experimental group were significantly improved. The results showed that the life quality of the patients in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the probability of which was less than 0.05. Conclusion： The effect of quality improvement on the clinical quality of patients with hypertensive nephropathy is similar to that of early nursing intervention, which can better guarantee the effectiveness of treatment and improve the clinical compliance of patients. The quality of life of patients can be greatly upgraded, and thus the method can be promoted in clinical practice.
