摘要
阐述了油田压力采集系统的组成、数据存储、软开关机实现方法和休眠模式。该系统的软件设计分为停止状态功能模块和采集状态功能模块两部分。文章描述了停止状态功能模块流程图,给出了压力采集系统显示画面包括压力数据显示,设定存储编号,设定采样间隔等,介绍了系统与上位机的数据通信功能和通信协议,利用软开关机电路降低了压力采集系统的功耗。该系统具有较好的应用价值。
In this paper, the composition of oilfield pressure collection system, data storage, and implementation and sleep mode of soft on - off are described. The software design of this system is divided into two parts: the functional module in stop state and the functional module in acquisition state. In this paper, the flow chart of functional module in stop state is described, giving the display screen of pressure acquisition system, including the pressure data display, setting of storage number and setting of the sampling interval, etc. In addition, the data communication function and communication protocol of the system and the host computer are also introduced, for which the the power consumption of the pressure acquisition system is reduced with the soft on - off circuit. This system shows a good application values.
