摘要
针对现在市场上的电源只能单独调节控制,不能实时反馈信息,精度低等问题,设计了一种基于CAN总线的数字可调电源系统。该系统用STC公司最新的增强型51单片机IAP15F2K61S2对电源转换与电源管理进行控制,通过CAN总线直接控制多个下位机模块,将当前信息实时传回上位机显示,实现智能高效、精准地控制、转换及通信。该系统可控输出0~20.0 V之间任意的恒定电压和0.01~3 A之间任意的恒定电流,可用于需要实时反馈数据、需要管理多个电源、复杂的高性能系统。
Aiming at the problems that the power supply on the market can only be controlled separately, the information cannot be fed back in real time and the precision is low, a digital adjustable power supply system based on CAN bus is designed. For this system, a new enhanced 51 single -chip IAP15F2K61S2 from STC Company is used to control the power conversion and management, and several lower computer modules are controlled directly for real - time information back to the display of host computer, so then, intelligence, high efficient, precise control, conversion and communication are realized. This system has the ability to control any constant voltage of which output is from 0 to 20.0 V and any constant current from 0.01A to 3A. This system can be used for high -performance and complex system which needs real -time feedback data and needs to manage multiple power supply .
