金银花药材等级质量标准的划分 被引量:8

摘要 为更好地控制金银花质量,采集河南封丘、山东平邑和河北巨鹿金银花道地产区样品34份,检测绿原酸、木犀草苷、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分、水分等指标,采用SPSS 19.0统计分析软件对上述指标进行相关性分析,并对主要药效成分绿原酸、木犀草苷含量进行系统聚类分析和K-聚类分析。结果表明:金银花药材质量可划分为4个等级,一等金银花色泽为绿色,绿原酸≥2.89%,木犀草苷≥0.078%,总灰分≤5.37%,酸不溶性灰分≤0.390%,水分≤4.72%;二等金银花色泽为黄绿色,绿原酸≥2.53%,木犀草苷≥0.072%,总灰分≤6.86%,酸不溶性灰分≤0.789%,水分≤6.34%;三等金银花色泽为黄色,绿原酸≥1.98%,木犀草苷≥0.068%,总灰分≤7.72%,酸不溶性灰分≤1.464%,水分≤7.90%;四等金银花色泽为浅黄少白,绿原酸≥1.51%,木犀草苷≥0.052%,总灰分≤9.29%,酸不溶性灰分≤3.000%,水分≤9.51%。 To preferably control the quality of L.japonicae,a total of 34 L.japonicae samples were collected from Fengqiu County of Henan Province,Pingyi County of Shandong Province,and Julu County of Hebei Province.Chlorogenic acid,luteoloside,total ash,acid-insoluble ash and water were detected.The grade quality standard was set up by hierarchical and K-cluster analysis in this study.Results:The quality of L.japonicae was divided into four grades.The first grade:green,chlorogenic acid≥2.89%,luteoloside≥0.078%,total ash ≤5.37%,acid-insoluble ash≤0.390%,water≤4.72%.The second grade:yellow green,chlorogenic acid≥2.53%,luteoloside≥0.072%,total ash≤6.86%,acid-insoluble ash≤0.789%,water≤6.34%.The third grade:yellow,chlorogenic acid≥1.98%,luteoloside≥0.06 8%,total ash≤7.72%,acid-insoluble ash≤1.464%,water≤7.90%.The fourth grade:pale yellow with less white,chlorogenic acid ≥1.51%,luteoloside≥ 0.052%,total ash≤9.29%,acid-insoluble ash ≤3.000%,water≤9.51%.
