摘要
植物种质资源是植物育种的基础,理论上植物材料可以无限期的保存在超低温环境中,同时还能保持遗传稳定性。为植物种质的超低温保存的后续研究参考,从材料选择、包埋前预处理、包埋、预培养、脱水、冷冻、化冻与恢复培养等方法面对植物种质资源包埋脱水发超低保存的关键技术及其影响因素进行综述,介绍其优点和应用前景。
Plant germplasm resources is the foundation of plant breeding,theoretically,plant materials could be preserved in ultralow temperature environment indefinitely,and the hereditary stability could be maintained as well.In order to provide references for follow-up study on plant germplasm kept in ultralow temperature,in this paper the latest researches on cryopreservation the encapsulation-dehydration procedure,its key technology and method were reviewed,and its advantages,its influence factor and prospects were also summarized. The technology includes material selection,pretreatment before encapsulation,encapsulation,preculture,dehydration,freezing,thawing and recovery culture.
