土地位指标体系的构建与应用:以湖南省为例

摘要 为能综合反映区域内人类社会经济活动的适宜度及在生态、资源方面的优劣势,特提出土地位概念,并构建指标体系,对2014年湖南省13个地级市(湘西州除外)的社会、经济、资源和生态4个子系统层通过全排列多边形综合指数法计算其土地位和综合土地位。结果表明:长沙、湘潭、株洲、衡阳等市的社会土地位较高;长沙、株洲、湘潭、衡阳、岳阳、常德等市的经济土地位较高;长沙、株洲、湘潭、衡阳、岳阳、常德、郴州、怀化和娄底等市的生态土地位较高;长沙、株洲、郴州和怀化等市的资源土地位较高。长沙、株洲、湘潭、衡阳、常德和岳阳的综合土地位较高,邵阳、益阳、张家界、郴州、怀化、永州和娄底的较低,其评价结果与现实情况一致。 The land position concept is proposed by authors firstly and the index system of land position is built to comprehensively reflect the suitability degree of human social economic activity,and advantages and disadvantages in ecology and resources in a given area.The land position and comprehensive land position of 13cities(except Xiangxi Prefecture)with a prefecture-level are determined by the entire-arraypolygon synthesis index method based on four subsystem levels of society,economy,resources and ecology.Results:The cities with a higher social land position are Changsha,Xiangtan,Zhuzhou and Hengyang.The cities with a higher economic land position are Changsha,Zhuzhou,Xiangtan,Hengyang,Yueyang and Changde.The cities with a higher ecological land position are Changsha,Zhuzhou,Xiangtan,Hengyang,Yueyang,Changde,Chenzhou,Huaihua and Loudi.The cities with a higher resources land position are Changsha,Zhuzhou,Chenzhou and Huaihua.The cities with a higher comprehensive land position are Changsha,Zhuzhou,Xiangtan,Hengyang,Changde and Yueyang and the cities with a lower comprehensive land position are Shaoyang,Yiyang,Zhangjiajie,Chenzhou Huaihua,Yongzhou and Loudi.The evaluated results are no difference with the current situation in the land position of 13 cities,Hunan.
