摘要 为研究喷油润滑时齿轮箱内气-液两相流的分布情况,基于齿面移动法建立了齿轮箱喷油润滑系统的流体动力学分析模型,在FLUENT中采用VOF模型及动网格技术进行流场动态仿真,得出了不同时刻齿轮箱内各个位置油液的体积分数以及油压、流速的变化规律,分析了不同喷油流量对齿轮润滑效果的影响。计算结果表明,增大喷油流量有助于润滑油穿过齿轮边缘高速气流落在齿面上,增大啮合区齿面油液的体积分数,提高齿轮的润滑效果。 In order to investigate the distribution of gas-liquid two phase flow in gearbox under spray lubrication, a hydrody- namic finite element analysis model for gearbox spray lubrication system based on the teeth-face-moving method is established in this paper. The transient flow field is simulated by the VOF model and dynamic mesh technique in the Fluent software. The oil volume fraction in different position of the gearbox and the change of oil pressure and velocity are obtained, and the influ- ence of fuel injection quantity on gear spray lubrication is also analyzed. The results show that the increase of fuel injection quantity within the reasonable scope can help lubricant pass through the high speed air stream at the edge of gear and fall over the tooth surface, thus to improve the oil volume fraction in gear meshing area, and enhance the lubrication effect.
