摘要 采用APDL二次开发语言,建立了多层复合材料层合板螺栓连接的三维有限元模型,应用牛顿-拉普森非线性迭代算法,对多层复合材料层合板的螺栓连接模型的失效分析进行了研究,并对其最终失效进行了预测。分析计算得出层合板的铺层顺序不同,几何尺寸不同,螺栓连接结构的失效形式就不相同。在一定的程度上,采用合理的铺层顺序,可以优化载荷分配,提高连接效率。 In this paper, three-dimensional finite element model of the multilayer composite laminate bolted connection is es- tablished by using the APDL secondary development language ; failure analysis on the model of the muhilayer composite lami- nate bolt connection is studied with the Newton-Raphson nonlinear iterative algorithm, and the final failure is predicted. The analysis results show that the failure form of bolt connection structure is different due to different ply stacking sequence and ge- ometric dimensions of the laminated plate. To a certain extent, the reasonable stacking sequence can optimize the load distri- bution and improve the connection efficiency.
