摘要
基于Solid Works软件设计了新能源汽车充电枪零件——锁勾。经模具压铸成型后运用逆向工程技术,根据3D、2D比较结果分析和对比了该零件实际尺寸与设计尺寸的偏差并对模具结构进行优化,使其能生产合格产品。亦可通过逆向工程分析技术对新能源锁勾等复杂曲面零部件进行来样检测,以保证其达到验收标准。
The charging gun parts - lock hook in the new energy vehicle was designed based on the software of Solid Works. After die casting, the reverse engineering was used to compare and analyze the trim size and the design size by the 3D and 2D results. According to the results, the mould structure was optimized to make qualified products. What's more, the reverse en- gineering technology can be used in sample inspection of the parts with complex surfaces just as lock hook, which can guaran- tee the achievement of acceptance standard.
