摘要
针对现有绕管机在缠绕换热管时存在缠绕力不均,导致换热管回弹的问题,设计了用于缠绕式换热器弯管缠绕的自校正送管机构。采用虚拟样机技术完成了其三维样机模型的建立,并采用有限元技术和Solid Works Simulation软件对其关键部件-校正轮进行了仿真分析,为绕管机的设计与优化提供了参考。
In this paper, a self-straightening feeding mechanism is designed for the winding of the heat exchanger, which is caused by uneven winding force of the existing tube winding machine. In addition, the 3D prototype model is established by virtual prototyping technology. The finite element method and the Solidworks Simulation software are used to simulate and ana- lyze the key components - the straightening wheel, which provides a reference for the design and optimization of the tube wind- ing machine.
