摘要
以立体车库垂直升降系统结构为研究对象,介绍了立体车库垂直升降系统的结构特点,借助CAE软件,从框架结构、运行系统、负载运动等多方面对立体车库垂直升降系统结构进行仿真分析,获得该结构强度和刚度的信息。在满足刚度、强度度和稳定性要求的前提下对立体车库垂直升降系统结构及运行参数进行优化改进,进而达到简化机械结构、提高运行效率、增加可靠性、降低制造及运行成本的目的。
In this paper, the structure of vertical lifting garage is studied. Simulated analysis on the vertical lifting system is carried out on aspects of the frame structure, operation system and load movement by using the CAE software so as to obtain information about the strength and stiffness of the garage frame. On the premise of meeting the requirements of stiffness, strength and stability, frame structure and operating parameters of the vertical lifting system of stereo garage are optimized in order to simplify the mechanical structure, improve the lifting efficiency and reliability, and reduce the producing costs.
