摘要
为了使煎饼制作更加方便快捷,实现个性多样化,现将3D打印与食品制作相结合,制作了煎饼打印机。可以实现根据给定图片、文字或图案进行煎饼的制作。该煎饼打印机由机械部分与控制部分组成,通过程序控制上料机构的运动轨迹,实现绘制图案。煎饼打印机的可操作性强,而且其制作煎饼的时间更短,能够在一定程度上实现自动化,可以满足顾客化,个性化的追求。
In order to promote the convenience and efficiency of pancake production and achieve individuality diversification, the 3D printing and food production are now combined to produce a pancake printer, which can make pancake production on the basis of a given picture, text or pattern. The pancake printer is composed of mechanical part and controlling part, and traj- ectory of the feeding mechanism is controlled by a program to realize the drawing pattern. Pancake printer is operable, and of great productivity. To a certain degree, it can achieve automation, and meet the customer-oriented and personalized pursuit.
