摘要
目前两空间交错轴之间主要应用蜗轮蜗杆来传递力和扭矩,传递形式和结构单一,且传动过程中还存在一些弊端,因此设计了一种新型的空间交轴齿轮,由带齿齿轮和带槽齿轮组合而成,既可以用来传递空间两交错轴之间的力和扭矩,同时又能改善蜗轮蜗杆在传动过程的发热量较大的弊端。完成了结构设计和三维仿真,通过运动模拟证明该结构完全可以实现预期的功能。
Worm gear is used to transfer force and toque between two spatial intersecting axes at present, yet the transmission form is simple and the structure is single, besides, there are some drawbacks during the transmission process. So a new type of space gear is designed, which consists of toothed gear and grooved gear ; it can be used to both transfer force and toque be- tween two spatial intersecting axes and reduce the heat value. Structural design and three-dimensional simulation are comple- ted in this paper. It can be proved that the intended function has been achieved by motion simulation.
