厚壁管水浸超声检测方法研究

摘要 为检测出厚管内部裂纹缺陷,分析水浸超声波横波检测厚壁管的原理,通过调节检测参数结合金相分析,发现变型横波能有效检测裂纹缺陷。通过对规格为T12×3.9 mm厚壁管进行检测表明,变型横波斜射法缺陷回波波形简单,回波独立,信噪比好,灵敏度高,易于观测和监测。 In order to detect the defects of internal cracks in the thick pipe, the principle of detecting the thick-walled tube by ultrasonic wave is analyzed in this paper. By adjusting the detection parameters combined with the metallographic analysis, it is found that the modified shear wave can detect the crack defects effectively. It is shown from the observation of T12×3.9mm thick-walled tube that the modified echo wave is simple, the echo is independent, the signal-to-noise ratio is good, and the sensitivity is high, thus it is easy to observe and monitor.
