Method Analysis of Centralizing the Shafting in Steam Turbine Based on Field Measurement Data

针对热电厂汽轮机轴系找中心工作原理及富平电厂实际数据,对汽轮机发电机轴系找中心测量数据以及调整措施进行分析,得出最佳测量读数及调整方案,此分析有利于电厂汽轮机安装、检修时轴系找中心工作的进行。

According to the thermal power plant alignment principle and the actual data of Fuping power plant, the guidance on the basis of turbine generator shaft center for measurement data and adjustment measures are analyzed in this paper, and the optimum measurement reading and adjustment scheme are obtained. It is shown that the analysis is conducive to centrali- zing the shafting in the process of installation and maintenance of steam turbine.
