摘要
高增益直流变换器被广泛使用于许多工业应用中,例如光伏系统、燃料电池系统、电动汽车和高强度放电灯。本文提出一种将耦合电感和开关电容技术相结合的单开关新型高增益直流变换器。该变换器能够在靠近0.50(0.56)的占空比条件下实现高升压比;主电路只有一个功率开关,驱动控制简单;功率器件的电压应力较低,能有效降低通态损耗。此外耦合电感的漏感能量被有效吸收并回馈给负载。本文详细分析了该变换器工作原理和稳态性能。最后,搭建了一台30 V输入、300 V输出、满载功率150 W的试验样机,实验结果验证了理论分析的正确性。
High-voltage gain DC-DC converter is widely applied in many industrial applications, such as photovoltaic systems, fuel cell systems, electric vehicles and high-intensity discharge lamps. In this paper, a novel single-switch high-voltage gain DC-DC converter with coupled-inductor and switched-capacitor techniques is proposed. The proposed converter can achieve high voltage gain with appropriate duty ratio of about 0.50 (or 0.56, to be exactly) ;there is only one switch in the main circuit, which is easy to control; the voltage stress on power devices is lower, which effectively reduces the conduction loss. Moreover, the energy stored in the leakage inductance of coupled inductor is efficiently recycled to the output. The operation principles and steady-state performance of the proposed converter are analyzed in detail. Finally, a 150 W prototype with 30 V-input and 300 V-output was implemented, and experimental resuits verified the correctness of the theoretical analysis.
