摘要
配电系统的自动化程度与供电可靠性和可观性密切相关。在我国大力发展智能配电网的背景下,迫切需要有针对性和指导性的配电自动化终端综合配置方法来满足未来配电网的智能化需求。对配电终端的安装类型与位置进行了深入研究,建立了综合考虑可靠性和可观性的配电终端优化配置模型,并提出了相应的配置策略,能够在保障配电网可靠性和可观性的同时降低配电自动化整体投资。将所提方法应用于RBTS BUS2算例系统进行分析,测试结果表明所提方法有效实现了配电终端可靠性和可观性的统一,具有较强的工程应用价值。
Distribution system automation is closely related to the reliability and observability of power supply. With the fast development of smart distribution network in China, a targeted and instructional method for the comprehensive configuration of distribution automation terminals is needed to meet the intelligent demand of future distribution network. The installation types and locations of distribution terminals are studied. Moreover, an optimal configuration model for distribution terminals is established considering the reliability and observability comprehensively, and the relevant configuration strategy is proposed. Under the premise of ensuring the reliability and observability of distribution network, the overall investment of distribution automation can be reduced. The proposed method is applied to an RBTS BUS2 test system, and the test results show that it can effectively achieve the unification of reliability and observability of distribu- tion terminals, which has strong significance for engineering applications.
