摘要
从植物单体方面对有效单体抑制肿瘤血管生成拟态(Vasculogenic mimicry,VM)的研究进展作一整理,总结了植物有效单体特定的作用机制与VM的相关性。VM是存在于恶性肿瘤细胞中一种新的肿瘤血供模式,在肿瘤的侵袭转移过程中起重要作用,但VM的作用机制是一个复杂的过程,需要寻找特异的靶点,特异性的抑制调控肿瘤VM。目前对植物单体抑制肿瘤细胞VM的研究仅处于初步研究阶段,已发现的有些植物单体通过基础实验证实疗效确切,具体的作用机制还需进一步研究。随着对VM研究方法的不断改进和理论的完善,植物单体抑制VM的研究必将受到越来越多的关注,对于实现植物有效单体现代化起到重要的意义。
