依巴斯汀对过敏性鼻炎患者淋巴细胞亚群的影响

Clinical Effect of Ebastine Tablets in the Lymphocyte Subsets for Patients with Allergicrhinitis

目的探讨依巴斯汀治疗疾病过敏性鼻炎中淋巴细胞亚群水平变化情况。方法选取2015年3月~2016年2月我院经诊断为过敏性鼻炎入院治疗的60例患者为观察组,同时随机选取60例入院健康检查正常者为对照组。入院后所有研究对象与次日空腹取静脉血,经离心处理后取上清液并使用细胞仪对淋巴细胞亚群进行检测,后观察组患者使用依巴斯汀治疗,用药疗程结束后次日清晨再行抽取检测淋巴细胞亚群水平变化情况,观察用药前后观察组淋巴细胞亚群水平变化情况,同时与对照组进行比较。结果检测发现入院时观察组患者T细胞亚群各指标水平值低于对照组,CD19、CD4/CD8水平值高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者经相关用药治疗后两组T细胞亚群指标水平比较差别无意义(P>0.05)。结论综上所述,临床对过敏性鼻炎进行治疗时,采用依巴斯汀有治疗效果,患者T细胞亚群均恢复正常水平。

Objective To effectively cure the allergic rhinitis, explore the clinical effect of Ebastine tablets and observe the levels of lymphocyte subsets.Methods 60 patients with allergic rhinitis treated from March 2015 to February 2016 in our hospital were selected as observation group.60 healthy check-ups were selected as control group. Upon admission of hospital, the fasting venous blood was collected. After treatment, the lymphocyte subsets for two groups were compared.Results Upon admission of hospital, the index of T-cell subsets for observation group was lower than control group; the index of CD19 and CD4/CD8 for observation group was higher than control group （P〈0.05）; after treatment, the T-cell subsets for two groups were not significantly different （P〉 0.05）.Conclusion For patients with allergic rhinitis, the Ebastine tablets can promote the recovery of T-cell subsets.
