45例强直性脊柱炎患者的三种检测方法分析

摘要 分析磁共振成像诊断强直性脊柱炎的临床价值。选取在我院进行治疗的AS患者45例为研究对象,分别进行X线、CT及MRI检查,比较三种检测方式诊断早、中、晚期强直性脊柱炎的诊断结果。CT及MRI诊断早期强直性脊柱炎的灵敏度较X线诊断明显提高,差异显著(P<0.05);三种诊断方式诊断中晚期强直性脊柱炎灵敏度比较,差异不显著(P>0.05)。MRI诊断强直性脊柱炎效果较好,可有效提高早期强直性脊柱炎检出情况,值得临床推广。
