Achievements of Cultural Construction in Colleges and Universities since the 16th CPC National Congress

"办好我们的高校,必须坚持以马克思主义为指导,全面贯彻党的教育方针"。高校要紧紧围绕党的"五位一体"建设总布局,不断将党内文化建设扎实推进,实现党内文化的科学化规范化,要依托于高校党的思想建设、组织建设、作风建设、反腐倡廉建设和制度建设等具体措施,以内容丰富、主题鲜明和形式多样的教育实践活动为载体,开展一系列卓有成效的党内文化建设活动,促进高校党的文化创新发展。

＂To enhance the running level of colleges and universities, we must adhere to Marxism and fully implement education policies of CPC. ＂Centering on the ＂Five in One＂ overall layout, colleges and universi- ties should constantly and stably promote the process of Party cultural construction, and bring about a scientific and normative Party culture. Relying on the specific measures of the instruction of ideology, organization, attitude, cor- ruption combating and integrity upholding, and system, they should carry out a series of effective activities, which are based on the abundant, distinctive and diverse practices, to facilitate Party cultural renovation.
