摘要
以频次效应相关理论为基础,通过对实验班为期一学期的基于频次效应的词汇教学实验,发现实验后实验班与对照班相比在词汇测试成绩提升方面有显著差异。这表明以频次效应为基础的大学英语词汇教学模式在促进实验班的词汇学习方面有明显的促进作用,是提高学习者英语词汇习得水平的有效途径和行之有效的词汇教学模式。
Based on relevant theories of frequency effects, the current study conducted a one- semester teaching experiment in order to explore the effect of the frequency - based vocabulary teaching model. The results illustrate that, compared with those in control class, these subjects in experimental class show significant differ- ences in the aspect of improvement of vocabulary achievement. These indicate that the frequency - based college vocabulary teaching model is an effective way to improve learners' English vocabulary proficiency, and a convinc- ing vocabulary teaching model too.
