摘要
师范生参加小学语文教师资格考试面试存在回答问题不能把握关键;试讲展示基本功不够扎实;答辩反思不够深入等问题。主要对策是高校职前的小学语文教师教育优化课程内容,彰显课程内容的实践品质;改进教学方法,注重课例分析的实践取向;"互联网+"微课型,强化教学技能训练常态化;与小学协同培养,构建"全程实践"模式,以期提高师范生参加小学语文教师资格考试面试质量,进而提升其培养质量。
There are some problems in the teaching qualification interview for Chinese teachers at primary schools taken by normal school students. For example, they can' t catch the key points in answering the questions ; they show poor basic skills in their trial lecture; their debating ability and critical thinking ability are not good e- nough, and so on. To solve these problems, the author suggests that pre - service teacher education in colleges and universities of Chinese teaching in primary schools should revise the course contents, highlighting practical teach- ing ; improve teaching methods, focus on the practice orientation of teaching case analysis ; apply "Internet + Micro -lesson" mode, strengthening teaching skill training normalization; cooperate with primary schools to train the students, building "Whole Course Practicing" mode to enhance the quality of the teaching qualification interview taken by normal school students, and to promote the teachers' training quality.
