摘要
采用X荧光光谱法(XRF),以自制纺织织物为基底的标准品,快速定性和半定量纺织品中重金属镉的含量。研究了不同种类纺织基底标准品、方法的稳定性及织物不同特性对测试方法的影响等。经过比较发现,用聚酯纤维自制的标准品准确度较高,能快速对纺织品中的镉元素进行筛查检测。
Rapid qualitative analysis and semiquantitative of cadmium (heavy metal) content in textiles were carried out with X fluorescence spectrometry (XRF) and standard substance with self-made textiles as the substrate. The stability of standard substance with different textile substrates and the effect of different properties of textiles were studied. Comparison shows that self-made standard substance with polyester fiber is of high accuracy, and can be used for rapid screening and testing of cadmium in textiles.
