摘要 分散决策模型中,各决策主体都是把各自最大化利润为目标来决策;集中决策模型中,决策者则是从供应链的整体性角度来决策。在随机需求下,以竞争的双销售商和单供应商为具体的研究对象,探究供应链成员在集中决策和分散决策下的最优决策行为,讨论供应链成员在分散条件下如何使用契约使供应链达到协调,最后通过数值模拟分析得出相应的结论。 Abstract: In the decentralized decision-making model, the goal of every decision maker is to maximize their own profit. In the centralized decision model, however, the decision maker makes the decision from the integrity of the supply chain. Under stochastic demand, taking two competing retailers and single supplier as specific research objects, this paper explores the optimal decision-making behavior for members in the supply chain both in the centralized and decentralized decision-making model, and further explains the way to achieve the coordination of supply chain using contracts under decentralized conditions. With a numerical simulation experiment, corresponding conclusions are finally brought out.
