PBL教学法在硕士研究生生物信息学教学中的应用

Application of PBL teaching method in the bioinformatics teaching practice for the master's degree students

生物信息学是21世纪发展较为迅速的一门重要学科,也是多数学校硕士研究生必修课。笔者根据所在学校特点,尝试在硕士生生物信息学教学实践中引入PBL教学法,旨在提高该门课程的教学效果,并为生物信息学教学人员提供参考。

Bioinformatics is an important subject which has quickly developed in twenty-first century. It is also a required course for graduate students in our university. According to the characteristics of the school, the author tries to introduce the PBL teaching method in the teaching practice for the master＇s degree students. The present study aims to improve the teaching effect of the course, and provide reference for the teaching staff of bioinformatics.
