摘要
在水温10.2~12.4℃、p H 7.8~8.0、盐度24~28条件下,将平均体质量为(45±5)g的仿刺参Apostichopus japonicus饲养在室内养殖池的网箱中,投喂蛋氨酸硒添加量分别为0mg/kg、0.2mg/kg、0.4mg/kg、0.6mg/kg、0.8mg/kg和1.0mg/kg的6组饲料。饲养60d后,测定仿刺参的特定生长率(SGR)和体壁中常规营养成分含量。结果表明:当蛋氨酸硒添加量为1.0mg/kg饲料时,仿刺参的特定生长率、粗蛋白、粗灰分含量最大,较对照组分别高155.56%、5.65%和2.9%(P<0.05),而仿粗脂肪含量最低,较对照组低10.61%(P<0.05)。
Adult sea cucumberApostichopus japonicus with initial body weight of (45±5 ) g were reared in cages disposed in an in- door pond and fed the diets containing selenium methionine at a dose of 0 mg/kg, 0.2 mg/kg, 0.4 mg/kg, 0.6 mg/kg, 0.8 mg/kg and 1.0 mg/kg at water temperature of 10.2 - 12.4℃, pH 7.8 - 8.0, and a salinity of 24 - 28 for 60 days. At the end of the experiment, specific growth rate (SGR) of the sea cucumber was measured, and the contents of crude protein, crude fat, and crude ash were determined in the sea cucumber fasted for 36 h. The results showed that there were significantly higher SGR and contents of crude protein and crude ash in the sea cucumber fed diet containing methionine selenium at a rate of 1.0 mg/kg than those in the control group (P 〈 0.05 ), higher by 155.56%, 5.65%, and 2.9%, respectively, with the minimal crude fat content, significantly lower (by 10.61%) lower than in the control group (P〈 0.05).
