近年我国加快产能转变和产业结构升级,加之"一带一路"战略布局新形势,使社会急需大批高素质技术技能人才。加强高职院校文化育人的内涵建设迫在眉睫。其路径主要有:强化文化育人的理念,明确第一课堂主导地位,引入企业文化对接专业教学,创新校园文化活动,鼓励社会实践拓宽育人渠道,加强小班自我教育模式,营造良好校园文化氛围等。
