高职院校物流客户服务课程教学改革与实践

摘要 近年来,物流行业的发展对物流人才的综合素质提出了更高的要求。本文根据高职院校职业教育的发展要求及特点,以培养学生职业技能为目标,结合实际教学经验,探讨物流管理专业的主干核心课——物流客户服务新教学模式的实施过程,以期使学生具备岗位所需各项综合素质,与现代物流行业的人才需求贴近。 In recent years, with the development of the logistics industry, higher requirements for logistics personnel with overall quality have been put forward. According to the requirements and characteristics of the development of vocational education in vocational colleges, with the goal of the cultivation of students' professional skills and with the practical teaching experience, this paper explores the main core courses of logistics management majors, including the implementation process of the new teaching mode of logistics customer service, to enable students to have the comprehensive quality for iobs and to be close to the talent demands of modern logistics industry.
