摘要 转盘式纽扣电池快速封口机因其生产效率高,在电池生产中广泛使用。但其封口关键部件中的中间顶针易断裂,严重地影响了设备的可靠性,一定程度上限制了快速封口机的进一步推广。本文针对中间顶针易断裂的问题,对其进行了受力分析和结构分析,提出了增大中间顶针大端长度和滑道长度以及在中间顶针上部增加碟形弹簧的改进方案。改进的方案经过实际应用,较好地解决了中间顶针易断裂的问题。 The rotary button cell rapid capper has been widely used in cell production for its high production efficiency. However, the intermediate thimble in the critical part of the seal is broken easily, which influences seriously the reliability of the equipment and restricts the promotion of the equipment. On account of the problem, this paper analyzes the stress and structure of the thimble, and puts forward the improvement scheme that both the length of the big end the length of the slide of the intermediate thimble should be increased and a disc spring should be added at the top of the intermediate thimble. Through the practical application of the scheme, the problem will be solved.
