为探索定制式义齿金属内部质量检测的常规检测方法,参照《定制式义齿产品技术审查指导原则》,对定制式义齿注册产品通过X射线像质计评价法,进行金属内部质量的检测,建立实际操作判定方法,可定性或半定量测定定制式义齿金属内部质量,与经典的卡规测量法比较,结果基本无差异。该方法可作为定制式义齿金属内部质量快速、准确、简便的检测方法。

To explore a routine test method of the internal soundness of metal of customised denture, this paper, on the basis of Guiding Principles of Product Technical Review of Customised Denture, tests the internal soundness of metal of registered products of customised denture by means of X- ray imagequality indicator, and the result of the test has no difference, compared with the classical gauge measurement. The method can be used for the test of the internal soundness of metal of customised denture because it is fast, accurate and simple.
