On the analysis on the construction situation of WeChat public numbers of academic journals and lots of defects of the construction situation, this paper puts forward a series of improvement methods, including the improvement of the design of the menu function, the emphasis on information push and editing processing, the enrichment of the push of contents and ways, the reinforce of publicity and promotion, and the enhancement of communication and interaction with readers, in order to provide the ideas and methods of learning and reference for the use of WeChat public numbers by more journals.
