浅述超临界W火焰锅炉下部水冷壁制造技术

The Manufacturing Technology of Lower Water Wall Panel in Supercritical Boiler of W Flame

本文主要阐述了超临界W火焰锅炉下部水冷壁管屏结构特点、制造难点以及解决方案。重点对下部水冷壁管屏在制造时的难点及解决办法进行了详细的叙述,此工艺研究成果已成功应用于多台超临界锅炉的生产制造中。

This article mainly introduced the structure characteristic, difficulties in manufacture, and the solution of the lower water wall panel in ultra-supercritical boiler of W flame. This article partic- ularly dissertated difficulties in manufacture and the solution for welding, hydro test in the panel. The result of the technology study had been applied into the manufacture process of many uhra-su- percritical boilers.
