摘要
文章针对猪支原体肺炎活疫苗(168株)生产用菌种的扩繁与鉴定、原辅材料、生产流程的优化、成品检验4个环节进行阐述,并根据实际情况提出内控标准,关键指标高于国家标准10倍,实现对猪支原体肺炎活疫苗(168株)的批量生产,使产品的稳定性及可靠性得到大幅度提升。
In this paper, 4 aspects （ the proliferation and identification of production bacteria, raw materials and ingredients, optimization of produc- tion process, product inspection） of swine enzootic pneumonia live vaccine （ 168 Strain） were described. According to the actual situation, put forward the internal control standards, the key indicators are higher than the national standard 10 times. The mass production of swine enzootic pneumonia live vaccine （ 168 Strain） has been realized, and the product quality and reliability have been greatly improved.
