高职院校茶艺英语课程教学改革与实践探索——以山西晋城职业技术学院茶艺专业英语教学为例

随着茶事活动的兴起,茶艺英语教学研究日益备受关注。目前,我国的茶艺英语研究正处于起步阶段,相关研究过于"小众化"。就整个高职院校茶艺英语课程开设状况而言,问题诸多,茶艺英语教学研究迫在眉睫。改革课程设置、编写实用的茶艺英语教材、培养新型茶艺英语专业教师、创新教学方法和优化学生考评制度将成为高职院校茶艺英语课程教学改革的有效途径和必然探索。

With the rise of the tea art communication activities, tea art English teaching in higher vocational colleges is becoming more and more important. At present, Chinese tea art English study is still in the beginning stage of its development, related research around it seems relatively less. There exist many problems in the teams of the present situation of tea art English curriculum in higher vocational colleges. Therefore, it is urgent to carry on studies about it. It would be an effective means and necessary exploration for tea art English teaching in higher vo- cational colleges to reform tea art English curriculum, write practical tea art English textbooks, cultivate new type of professional tea art teachers, innovate tea art English teaching methods and optimize tea art English evaluation system.
