摘要
目的:探讨炒三仙配伍牛羊草结对小鼠胃肠功能障碍的影响。方法:采用阿托品腹腔注射法制备胃肠功能障碍小鼠模型,采用营养性半固体糊加活性炭推进实验观察炒三仙配伍牛羊草结不同剂量作用下,正常小鼠及胃肠功能障碍小鼠胃排空率及肠推进率的变化情况。结果:炒三仙配伍牛羊草结对正常小鼠的胃排空率及肠推进率无显著影响;与模型组比较,中药高、中剂量组的胃排空率及肠推进率显著提高(P<0.05);莫沙必利组的胃排空率及肠推进率显著高于中药高、中剂量组(P<0.05)。结论:炒三仙配伍牛羊草结对阿托品所致胃肠功能障碍小鼠的胃排空及肠推进功能具有显著促进作用,其强度弱于莫沙必利。
Objective: To explore the influence of stir-baked SanXian (containing stir-baked hawthorn, stir-baked wheat germ and stir-baked medicated leaven) and NiuYang CooJie on gastrointestinal dysfunction of the mice. Methods: Mice models with gastrointestinal dysfunction were established by intraperitoneal injection of atropine, the changes of gastric emptying rate and intestinal propulsion rate of the mice suffering gastrointestinal dysfunction and the normal mice were observed after giving them stir-baked SanXian and NiuYang CaoJie in different dosages by adopting nutritional semisolid paste plus active charcoal propulsion experiment. Results: Stir-baked SanXian and NiuYang CaoJie showed no significant influence on gastric emptying rate and intestinal propulsion rate of normal mice; compared with the model group, gastric emptying rate and intestinal propulsion rate of high and moderate groups of herbs increased notably (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01); mosapride group was higher than high and moderate groups of herbs in gastric emptying rate and intestinal propulsion rate significantly (P 〈0.05). Conclusion: Stir-baked SanXian and NiuYang CaoJie could promote gastric emptying and intestinal propulsion of the mice suffering gastrointestinal dysfunction induced by atropine significantly, and its effects are weaker compared with mosapride.
