Discussion on the Same Treatment for Different Diseases from the Application of ShenQi Pills in JinGui YaoLve FangLun

从肾气丸的运用与"异病同治"的渊源、有关肾气丸的思考与"异病同治"的发展、肾气丸的"现象"与"异病同治"的升华3方面入手探讨《金匮要略方论》中肾气丸异病同治的应用,指出不论是学者们对肾气丸的作用及其本质的研究还是对风湿性疾病的理解和临床灵活运用,只有细致入微地观察疾病的特点和规律,准确无误的辨证,才能得心应手地运用异病同治这一方法。

The same treatment for different diseases of ShenQi pills in JinGui YaoLve FangLun is discussed from three aspects： the application of ShenQi pills and the origin of the same treatment for different diseases, the thinking about ShenQi pills and the development of the same treatment for different diseases, the phenomenon of ShenQi pills and the distillation of the same treatment for different diseases. It was pointed out that the method of the same treatment for different diseases could be used with high proficiency only when the doctors observe the features and rules of the disease meticulously, differentiate the disease accurately, no matter they pay attention to the scholar＇s study on the effects of ShenQi pills and its nature or the understanding to rheumatic disease and flexible application in clinic.
