《景岳全书》不寐学术思想及其方药特色探讨

Exploration into Academic Thinking and the Features of Prescription and Herbs for Insomnia in JingYue QuanShu

探讨《景岳全书》不寐学术思想及其方药特色,指出张景岳以心神不安为不寐之病机,提出了以虚实分论不寐,虚则益营补气,实则去其邪实,虚生内邪者,仍以补养为先;用药以"补阵"和"和阵"为主,以补益气血、调和中焦脾胃方药多见,药物归经也以入脾胃经、心经和肾经为主;临证以益营养血为主。

Through studying academic thinking and the features of the prescription and the herbs for insomnia in JingYue QuanShu, it is pointed out that being disconcerted is the pathogenesis of insomnia, and the insomnia could be divided into the deficiency and excess patterns by ZhangJing＇yue, the patients with insomnia of deficiency pattern should be treated by tonifying nutrient aspect and Qi, the patients with insomnia of excess pattern should be treated by removing the excess evil; the patients with insomnia of deficiency and internal pathogenic factors pattern should be treated by tonifying firstly. The patients should be treated with the herbs of tonifying and harmonization, mostly the prescriptions for tonifying Qi and blood, mediating the middle energizer, spleen-stomach, and the herbs enteringspleen-stomach, heart and kidney meridians, tonifying nutrient aspect and nourishing blood are used mostly in clinic.
